About The Position

Banijay Americas seeks a Manager to join our Strategy & Business Development team. This role is primarily responsible for supporting corporate strategy, growth initiatives, and strategic transactions. More specifically, this role is a core resource to senior executives—helping evaluate opportunities, pressure-test ideas, and translate strategy into execution across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, highly organized, and comfortable operating in the room with senior leadership while anticipating needs, owning complex workstreams, and driving clarity on decisions that matter.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in strategy, business development, corporate development, consulting, or investment banking—ideally within live media, entertainment, or technology.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with experience supporting deals, partnerships, or investments.
  • Proven ability to work directly with senior executives and manage high-visibility, high-stakes workstreams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience preparing executive- and Board-level materials.
  • Highly detail‑oriented and proactive, with strong judgment and the ability to operate independently in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary support to the VP of Strategy & Business Development, with regular exposure to and interaction with the CEO, CFO, and senior executives.
  • Support executive decision-making by preparing clear, concise analyses, recommendations, and briefing materials for leadership meetings, Board discussions, and key partner conversations.
  • Evaluate and identify strategic opportunities across partnerships, distribution platforms relationships, volume deals, and new business models.
  • Support the development, prioritization, and execution of corporate strategy initiatives in close coordination with senior leadership.
  • Partner with leaders across production labels, digital teams, talent, and licensing to support execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate collaboration across creative, operational, and financial stakeholders around shared objectives while tracking initatives and timelines.
  • Conduct financial, strategic, market analysis and trends related to M&A, investments, and other strategic transactions.
  • Build financial models, investment summaries, valuation analysis, and executive- and Board-level materials to support leadership review and decision-making.
  • Develop clear, executive-ready insights on how market trends and changes affect corporate strategy and long-term growth specifically related to the industry.
