You will sell specialty pharmaceutical treatments to healthcare professionals across a defined U.S. territory. You will build trusted relationships with physicians, clinic teams and allied health professionals. You will plan and execute territory strategies using data, insight and collaboration. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales or related healthcare sales experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory, which may include overnight stays.
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and standard office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet measurable targets.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling in specialty or primary care settings.
  • Familiarity with payer systems, insurance formularies and prior authorization processes.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Clinical background or strong scientific literacy relevant to therapeutic areas.
  • Strong territory planning and analytical skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with high-potential prescribers and practice teams in your territory.
  • Deliver clear, evidence-based customer conversations that support appropriate patient care.
  • Use sales data and local insight to create and execute a territory business plan.
  • Coordinate with colleagues across marketing, medical affairs, payer relations and field teams.
  • Track activity, manage administrative tasks and comply with regulatory and company policies.
  • Support educational programs and in-office presentations for healthcare teams.
