About The Position

HOM Furniture is seeking driven, goal-oriented, and passionate individuals to join their sales team as Sales Professionals/Design Associates. This role focuses on creating world-class customer experiences and helping customers find ideal home furnishing solutions. The company emphasizes a supportive culture, community involvement, and sustainability initiatives. Comprehensive training, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and order processing, is provided. Sales Consultants will also participate in maintaining store presentation, such as price cards, vacuuming, and dusting in their assigned areas. The position offers opportunities for financial growth and career advancement within leadership or corporate roles.

Requirements

• Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

• 2 year or 4 year college degree preferred.
• Big ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred, such as; home furnishings, automotive, recreational vehicles, appliances, etc.

• Perform light duty vacuuming and dusting in assigned areas.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences, whether virtually via the online digital showroom or in-store.
• Listen attentively and ask the right questions to deliver the perfect design solution.
