This is a high-energy, sales-driven role with operational responsibilities—not a traditional front desk position. You’ll be the first impression and the closer, guiding patients through their consultation while keeping the office vibe vibrant and smooth. You’ll use your personality, confidence, and natural communication skills to build trust instantly, navigate objections with grace, articulate value, and close the deal. No dental experience? No problem. If you have the right attitude, adaptability, and hunger to learn, our world-class training program will teach you the rest. This role is primarily focused on patient consultations and sales, but it also requires excellent time management and collaboration to keep the front desk and office flow running seamlessly.

Requirements

  • Highly adaptable, thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly when plans change.
  • Accountable, take pride in your work, possess strong organizational skills, and show up for your team.
  • Experienced in service/sales (e.g., retail, hospitality, fitness sales, or similar customer-facing roles where personality is everything).

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and connect with patients the moment they walk in, bringing infectious positive energy.
  • Lead consultations and explain treatment benefits clearly, tailoring your approach to each unique patient.
  • Present financial and payment options with transparency and conviction.
  • Handle objections with resilience and empathy, helping patients feel comfortable saying YES.
  • Maintain organized scheduling, showing agility when the day gets fast-paced.
  • Practice excellent teamwork, collaborating closely with doctors and clinical staff to deliver a seamless experience.
