This is a full-time Sales Specialist role within the ProServices department. The primary focus is to achieve individual sales goals by proactively engaging Pro customers, identifying project opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales growth. The specialist will develop a deep understanding of Pro customers' businesses and project needs, create and manage sales-related documents, promote loyalty programs, and coordinate fulfillment and delivery. The role also involves prospecting for new Pro customers, utilizing expanded inventory options, and partnering with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintaining a safe and organized Pro Desk area and continuous learning through training platforms are also key aspects of the position.
