About The Position

As a Sales Specialist in the Millwork department, you are among the first people customers meet and use sales expertise to help them find products and turn project ideas into reality. The role is active and involves moving throughout the store or garden center, answering phones, and communicating with customers about their project needs and home improvement goals. Department assignments depend on hiring needs and skillsets. The position may involve work inside and outside, with exposure to changing climates and intermittent or constant noise, as well as moving or shaking objects and equipment. Regular travel is not required, though occasional travel to meetings, training, or neighboring stores may be needed. Associates follow lifting guidelines, including single-lift limits and use of powered equipment as required and with appropriate training.
