About The Position

Our top Sales Professional/Design Associates earn over $80,000/year with a guaranteed $20-24 per hour against commissions, plus immediate bonus opportunities. We offer flexible scheduling options after training, including weekend and evening availability, to balance work and family life. Full-time employees work a 40-hour schedule, Modified Full-Time employees work 32-36 hours, and Part-Time employees work up to 28 hours a week. Requirements

• Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

• 2 year or 4 year college degree preferred.
• Big ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred, such as; home furnishings, automotive, recreational vehicles, appliances, etc.
