Sales Specialist

About The Position

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating high-volume recurring streams of new move-in revenue for assigned Brookdale communities that are experiencing non-exempt sales associate vacancies. This role involves extensive travel to communities within a specified geographic location, including Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Assignments will vary in length and may change with little notice.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience
  • Senior Living experience required
  • A proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads
  • Ability to effectively listen and communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Must be self-directed, able to prioritize tasks as well as have the ability to accept directives
  • Team player with industry knowledge and the ability to connect with families
  • Equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
