DreamLawn powered by Holganix is seeking a Sales Specialist to convert leads into customers by providing knowledgeable, consultative sales interactions aligned with DreamLawn's brand and standards.

Requirements

  • A High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • A strong work ethic and desire to learn
  • A self starter who enjoys building relationships with people
  • We're looking for someone who can learn fast, follow the process, and be successful!

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads in a professional and organized manner.
  • Move leads to customers by following our DreamLawn approved sales scripts.
  • Stay within the approved promotions and pricing.
  • Conduct property evaluations (in person or digital)
  • Build quotes in RealGreen, send them back to leads in a timely fashion
  • Conduct follow-up calls on open estimates, and continue to use the approved verbiage to generate a high close rate
  • Attend team sales huddles, meetings, and events
  • Conduct retention outreach and prepay sales calls
  • Onboard new customers to set expectations, collect necessary information, and ensure a positive experience
  • Sell all of the DreamLawn services including lawn care, weed control, aeration and seeding, irrigation, pest control, and tree & shrub protection.
