Requirements

Sales experience preferred but not required
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn
Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

Experience working with builders, contractors, or in home improvement

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners
Prospect and generate new business while growing existing accounts
Consult with clients to understand project needs and recommend solutions
Read blueprints and create accurate project quotes
Present proposals and close sales while maintaining strong margins
Manage your pipeline and activity through CRM tools
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through project completion
