About The Position

HOM Furniture is seeking a driven, goal-oriented, and passionate Sales Specialist/Design Associate who excels at creating world-class customer experiences. As a professional sales consultant, you will help customers find ideal solutions for their home furnishing needs. We offer comprehensive training, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and order processing. This role focuses on exceptional customer experiences, both virtually and in-store, by listening attentively, asking the right questions, and delivering perfect design solutions. Sales Consultants also participate in maintaining store presentation, including price cards, vacuuming, and dusting in their assigned areas.

Requirements

• Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

• 2 year or 4 year college degree preferred.
• Big ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred, such as; home furnishings, automotive, recreational vehicles, appliances, etc.

• Listen attentively and ask the right questions to deliver the perfect design solution.
• Participate in maintaining price cards.
• Perform light duty vacuuming and dusting in assigned areas.
