As a Sales Specialist at Lowe's, you will be a primary point of contact for customers, helping them find products and turn project ideas into reality. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting people and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Sales Specialists are active, moving throughout the store or garden center, answering phones, and engaging with customers to discuss project needs, answer questions, and help them achieve their home improvement goals. You will become a product expert, informing customers about specifications, features, promotions, and financing options to close sales, ensuring customer needs are met before they leave the store. You will be working in one of the following departments, based on hiring needs and skillsets: Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Millwork, Fashion Plumbing, Outlet, Tool Rental, Pro, or Windows & Walls.
