About The Position

This FT position requires the ability to assist and support sales associates and customers with inquires to ensure complete guest satisfaction by handling requests in a courteous, timely, professional, and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Assist and support reservation sales associates with inquires and problem-solving techniques in a professional and personable manner, addressing policies and procedures.
  • Excellent conflict management skills and mediation skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess demonstrated excellent communication skills (both oral and written): listens to others.
  • Ability to work independently with the Omni trilogy in mind.
  • Good organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Required PC/Laptop Hardware and OS (Apple not supported): (May be subject to change at a later date)
  • 64-bit Windows 11 or newer version
  • Processor – I5 or AMD Ryzen 5 or better
  • 8GB Ram
  • 100GB Hard Drive free disk
  • Windows Updates are showing up to date.

  • Smartphone with application download capability (Please download Okta Verify and Microsoft Authenticator)
  • A Wireless Connection is NOT allowed for our Work at Home Associates
  • A Wireless mouse or keyboard is NOT allowed.
  • No one else can be on / using your internet during your scheduled shift.
  • No devices can be connected to your internet during your scheduled shift.
  • Satellite internet is not permitted.
  • Microsoft Teams must be downloaded on personal desktop for technical assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist hotels by answering questions and problem solving
  • Assist and track work at home associate’s technical issues and problem-solving techniques
  • Process reservations and use appropriate selling strategies and empowerment skills to maximize revenue for Omni Hotels when asked to assist with reservations
  • Respond effectively to all inquiries
  • Display a pleasant, helpful and courteous attitude toward customers, fellow associates, and management
  • Provide temporary coverage for Sales Supervisors including opening, closing, and emergency situations.
  • May be required to perform other related duties, responsibilities and activities which may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice
