About The Position

Majik is looking for a Sales Specialist who is passionate about helping employees grow and delivering great customer experiences. This role involves building real relationships, earning bonuses, and growing your career. No prior rent-to-own experience is necessary, as training is provided. The company emphasizes serving others, doing what it takes, and owning responsibilities. Bilingual candidates may earn additional pay.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized, motivated, and goal-driven
• Comfortable using computers and systems
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)

Responsibilities

• Help customers find products that fit their needs and budget
• Build strong relationships in-store, over the phone, and through follow-ups
• Drive sales by generating leads and closing deals
• Manage customer accounts, agreements, and payments
• Maintain showroom appearance and organization
• Support deliveries and store operations as needed
