About The Position

Open Road Mercedes-Benz is seeking a Sales Specialist for their Bridgewater, NJ location. This role focuses on luxury account management and sales consulting. The Sales Specialist will interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle experience, aiming to create a simple, educated, and fun experience. They will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle, build client relationships, present vehicle attributes, options, features, purchase and finance options, and store policies. The role also involves facilitating test drives, ensuring timely follow-up, maintaining strong customer relationships, tracking customers using the store CRM, staying certified with new brand knowledge, preparing vehicles for delivery, and maintaining the appearance of the showroom and vehicle lot.

Responsibilities

  • Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle experience.

  • Prepare vehicles for customer delivery.
  • Maintain appearance and cleanliness of store showroom and vehicle lot.
  • Review all the “bells and whistles” to create an enjoyable ownership experience.
