This role focuses on achieving individual sales goals by proactively engaging Pro customers to identify and capitalize on current and future project opportunities. The Sales Specialist will build strong relationships with Pro customers, drive sales growth, and develop a deep understanding of their businesses and project needs. This includes learning project scope, timelines, dependencies, and material requirements to provide tailored solutions. The role involves creating and managing quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries, as well as promoting Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to acquire new Pro accounts. The Sales Specialist will also coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up activities to ensure project completion accuracy and timeliness. Prospecting for new Pro customers and building relationships through floor engagement and account reviews are key. The role utilizes expanded inventory capabilities like Pro Extended Aisle and Pro Merchandising programs to secure sales when in-store or network inventory is insufficient. Collaboration with salesfloor, fulfillment, and outside sales teams is essential for a seamless customer experience. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized Pro Desk area, supporting overall store operations, and leveraging Lowe's U and training platforms for continuous learning are also part of the responsibilities.
