About The Position

This person will work closely with account managers and other internal departments to develop new processes, systems, and tools to be implemented. They will be part of the team spearheading change for the sales team at ZF that will be moving under Harman International.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical or business field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing databases and associated applications.
  • Proven experience managing system changes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Hands‑on experience leading database versioning and update processes to ensure data integrity.
  • Strong technical capability to manage and optimize enterprise tools and systems.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with analysts to gather requirements and deliver effective system solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across regions and business units; strong team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI with solid organizational and project management skills.

  • ERP and CRM familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes and maintains standardized sales processes, guidelines, systems, and tools to ensure continuity.
  • Aligns with cross‑functional stakeholders on updates to sales directives, commercial policies, and toolkit templates.
  • Coordinates cross‑functionally on customer communication and letter wording.
  • Drives process optimization across the sales toolset and related systems.
  • Manages sales tools including CRM, ERP customer data, B2B platforms, contract management, KPIs, and reporting/analytics.
  • Develops custom Power BI dashboards and Power Apps to support sales accounts, reporting, and data quality.
  • Trains users on sales tools and provides ongoing user support.
  • Aligns with Finance and Purchasing on data feeds and manages external service agreements.
