About The Position

Everpure is seeking a highly motivated Disaster Recovery and Cyber Resilience Sales Specialist to drive the adoption and growth of the Everpure Resilience within the Americas theater. This is a field sales role within a Pod model for an emerging business positioned for high growth. You will coordinate with the Everpure Core Sales teams and drive sales activities ranging from prospecting targeted accounts, sourcing leads, qualifying opportunities, working with channel partners, presenting initial virtual presentations to prospective clients and partners and closing deals.

  • Planning & Execution: Proven, demonstrable ability to build plans, create clear goals, and define achievement.
  • Domain Expertise: Experience in complex infrastructure software/SaaS sales where managing a sales process through Proof of Concept is critical to success.
  • Business Acumen: Experience in defining financial arguments and strong proposals focused on strategic value, operational gains, and hard-dollar cost savings.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and knowledge in Cyber Resilience, VMware DR and/or solutions like Zerto is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Opportunity identification, creating strategic outbound campaigns, managing sales engagement within a team / specialist model, value justification, sales process efficiency and efficacy, building and maintaining a healthy pipeline, and tracking pipeline progression.
  • Own a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent activity and accurate forecasting that meets or exceeds quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies, mobilizing internal resources (Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Executives) to deliver Everpure Resilience services total value proposition to key IT and business leaders within your customer base.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships. You will engage with customers to understand their unique business needs and challenges, provide consultative guidance, and position Everpure Resilience service as the ideal fit to address their requirements.
  • Lead sales cycles from initial contact to final contract, effectively orchestrating team-selling efforts with both internal peers and external strategic channel partners.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams: You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Pure Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and channel partner representatives to ensure effective solution positioning and seamless customer engagement.
  • Create a robust feedback loop into Product Management, Sales Executions, Product Engineering, and Pre-Sales Leadership.
