About The Position

Join Baker Hughes Drill Bit Team as a Sales Specialist. This role involves partnering with customers, representing Baker Hughes, and utilizing market knowledge to build trusted relationships and identify sales opportunities. You will act as an ambassador for the customer and contribute innovative insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of sales experience
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
• Possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Be a team player with a positive attitude
• Have the ability to work independently
• Show willingness to be coached by leadership and peers
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

• Selling products within a defined geographic area
• Working closely with operations, sales, and engineering teams to deliver value to customers
• Acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer concerns
• Handling complex products and systems requiring strong technical understanding and awareness of operating environments
• Responding effectively to customer needs, expectations, and requirements
• Evaluating the suitability and application of drill bits and components to ensure safe and successful drilling activities
