About The Position

This is a part-time position with variable shifts for a Sales Specialist 1 in the Hot Deli department. The primary purpose of this role is to drive sales and provide excellent customer service in the hot food deli department, with a focus on promoting and merchandising products.

Requirements

• Customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills

• Product knowledge of hot food deli items

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and needs.
• Prepare and serve hot food items according to established procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, including displays and equipment.
• Actively promote and merchandise hot food items to increase sales.
• Stock and replenish inventory as needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Operate point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
