About The Position

The Sales Solutions Estimator supports CRL Fallbrook projects by preparing accurate project estimates and detailed quotations, helping convert customer opportunities into orders, and managing projects from quote through order execution. This role partners closely with customers, internal teams, and manufacturing to confirm specifications, pricing, and timelines. The position provides dedicated ownership for quoting speed, project coordination, customer responsiveness, and revenue growth in the Rock Hill market. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and energized by helping customers move complex entrance systems and interior partition projects from concept to committed order.

Requirements

  • Experience in estimating, inside sales, customer service, project coordination, or a related role within glass, glazing, entrance systems, interior partitions, building products, manufacturing, or construction-related environments.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret project specifications, customer requirements, product details, and basic technical documentation.
  • Comfortable preparing quotations, validating pricing details, managing multiple requests, and following through with accuracy and urgency.
  • Customer-focused communicator who can partner effectively with customers, sales, manufacturing, customer service, and operations teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities, track quote status, and maintain ownership through order execution.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems used for quoting, order entry, customer communication, or project tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support growth by improving responsiveness, ownership, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare project estimates and detailed quotations for CRL Fallbrook projects, ensuring accuracy in pricing, scope, specifications, and timelines.
  • Manage the project lifecycle from quote through order execution, maintaining clear ownership and timely follow-up with customers and internal partners.
  • Coordinate with customers, sales, customer service, manufacturing, and other internal teams to clarify project requirements and remove barriers to execution.
  • Review drawings, specifications, product details, and customer requirements to support accurate estimating and responsive quoting.
  • Track active quotes and pipeline activity, supporting conversion of pending opportunities into secured orders and revenue growth.
  • Provide timely communication to customers and internal stakeholders regarding quotation status, project updates, lead times, and order requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve quoting speed, customer responsiveness, and project handoff processes as volume scales.
