About The Position

Syllo is seeking a high-energy, technically-minded Sales Solutions Architect to join their growth team. In this role, the individual will be the technical face of Syllo, partnering closely with the Sales team to win over sophisticated law firms and Fortune 500 legal departments. This role is a strategic consultant who understands the nuances of litigation and can translate how Syllo's AI workspace solves specific pain points. The position acts as the bridge between customers and the Product team, responsible for proving value through high-impact demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs). The ideal candidate is comfortable with the 'aha!' moment when a client sees what AI can do for their practice and is equally comfortable diving into the 'how' with IT and Security teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or technical customer-facing role within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional ability to present complex AI concepts to both law firm partners and Corporate General Counsel.
  • Familiarity with LLM fundamentals (RAG, prompt engineering) and the ability to navigate API-driven integrations and cloud security protocols.
  • You are a "Technical Storyteller": You don't just list features; you build a narrative around how AI changes a lawyer's daily life, whether they are in private practice or in-house.
  • You are Proactive & Autonomous: You thrive in the ambiguity of a startup and can manage multiple enterprise-grade POCs simultaneously.
  • You are a Collaborative Closer: You enjoy the thrill of the win and work seamlessly with Account Executives to move complex multi-stakeholder deals across the finish line.
  • You Value Asynchronous Excellence: As a remote company, you use tools like Slack, Loom, and Notion to keep the sales and product teams perfectly aligned.

  • Experience selling into or working within the legal industry, specifically with law firms or Corporate Legal Operations (LegalOps).

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact technical demonstrations that showcase Syllo’s AI capabilities, tailoring the narrative to the specific litigation workflows of law firms and in-house corporate legal teams.
  • Own the technical lifecycle of Proof of Concepts, setting clear success criteria, managing data ingestion, and ensuring stakeholders see measurable ROI in both firm billability and corporate efficiency.
  • Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client technical requirements, security concerns, and existing software integrations (DMS, eDiscovery, and Enterprise Content Management tools).
  • Act as a critical feedback loop, distilling insights from the field (especially the unique needs of corporate Legal Ops) into actionable requirements for our Product and Engineering teams.
  • Clearly communicate Syllo’s product roadmap to prospects, managing expectations while building excitement for upcoming AI features.
  • Keep a pulse on the evolving Legal AI landscape to help position Syllo as the premier choice for enterprise litigation and corporate legal management.
  • Lead technical conversations with law firm IT and Corporate Security/Compliance departments, confidently addressing questions on LLM data privacy, encryption, and SOC2 compliance.
  • Create technical proposals and "Statement of Work" documents that outline how Syllo will integrate into a client's specific tech stack.
