Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Must meet all state requirements for cannabis industry employment

Responsibilities

  • Help keep our dispensary running smoothly during your assigned shifts.
  • Guide the sales team through busy days.
  • Ensure compliance with state and company regulations.
  • Step in wherever needed to maintain efficient operations.
  • Support team members.
  • Ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
  • Train and coach team members, helping them grow into confident, knowledgeable sales professionals.
  • Monitor sales transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service.
  • Lead by example by actively supporting the sales floor during peak hours.
  • Handle cash management responsibilities, returns, and register closings with precision.
  • Create and manage daily break schedules to ensure seamless shift coverage.
  • Delegate tasks, motivate your team, and foster a positive, accountable shift culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies.
