About The Position

As the Sales & Services Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of business line strategies across the organization. This is done by collaborating with business line partners and stakeholders as relied upon advocates and consultants by providing a unique, holistic view of both the customer and colleague experience. You will provide strategic input, project management, education and implementation of business line initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years work experience in financial services.
  • Strong creativity and innovative thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Execute on initiatives identified in the sales & service strategic plan, leading large, high profile, high impact initiatives. This work includes research, reporting, making compelling business proposals and measures of success.
  • Partner with assigned business line extended team for execution on deliverables.
  • Ensure initiatives are appropriately scoped with CRS, capacity management and risk/compliance.
