About The Position
Elements Massage Clifton Park is seeking a confident, focused, and friendly Sales Specialist who takes complete ownership of the client experience and the studio environment. This role drives the client relationship from the initial booking, to a polished greeting, to confidently closing the membership sale at checkout. You will also take pride in maintaining a pristine, organized, and premium environment, and actively manage the calendar to eliminate empty "blue space" and maximize provider books.
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail or service sales experience.
- Membership sales experience is a huge plus.
- Highly focused, reliable, and accountable.
- Friendly, yet professional demeanor.
- Sharp multitasking skills.
- Comfort with scheduling software.
- Availability for evenings and weekends.
