This position is hourly, and the starting pay rate is $31.50/hour, and eligibility for an incentive target of $1,800.00 which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives. Primary Function: The Sales & Service Representative (SSR) is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Integrated Customer Solutions (ICS) at assigned customer sites. Operating across multiple customer programs and inventory solutions, the SSR manages inventory, procurement, replenishment, and customer support to ensure operational excellence, a differentiated customer experience, and strong business performance. Work Location & Schedule: This is a fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) position supporting our oil and gas client on site. The successful candidate will work either a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule or a 14 days on / 14 days off schedule, with camp accommodations provided during the work rotation. All travel to and from the site is arranged and covered by the company. While on site, you will reside in a fully serviced camp environment.
