About The Position
Prudential Overall Supply is looking for a results-oriented manager to lead a team of delivery/customer sales representatives in exceeding our customer expectations. Our Sales & Service Managers direct our Customer Sales Representatives and Route Managers to deliver the best quality service to our customers.
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years in a Customer Service role.
- 2+ years previous responsibility in conducting training, goal setting, managing employees and employee relations.
- Willing to work hard and having a good job tenure and job history.
- Must be growth oriented and career minded.
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Must be able to work independently and resourcefully to meet established goals.
- A good driving record.
- Military-experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply
Nice To Haves
- A BA/BS degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for a district and its growth through maintaining the book of customer accounts.
- Responsible for managing service team within your district
- Conduct customer audits, problem solve, and train new Route Driver/Customer Sales Representatives.
- Other duties as required
