About The Position

We're looking for a Sales Service Leader to lead a team of Sales Service Specialists while driving exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the business. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll serve as a key partner to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless order-to-cash execution, resolving complex issues, analyzing performance metrics, and leading a team that delivers outstanding service every day. You'll also play an important role in shaping processes, improving efficiencies, and using data to influence business decisions. As the Leader, Sales Service, you will lead a team of approximately 5-7 Sales Service Specialists, providing coaching, mentorship, and day-to-day leadership while ensuring operational goals and customer expectations are met.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant business experience.
5-7+ years of customer service, operations, manufacturing, plant, commercial, or related experience in a fast-paced environment.
Previous leadership experience with direct responsibility for coaching, developing, and managing team performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of implementing effective solutions.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
SAP experience.
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions under pressure.
Demonstrated success using data and metrics to drive performance and business results.
Strong adaptability and willingness to embrace change and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

Experience leading larger customer service, sales support, or operations teams.
Business Warehouse experience.
Experience with Order-to-Cash processes and systems.
Background working within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or commercial organizations.
Experience participating in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes.
Continuous improvement or process optimization experience.
