About The Position

The Sales/Coordinator for Stamping Dies and Tooling at H+M (a KURZ Family Company) serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers. This role delivers superior service and support within the Business Area focusing on stamping dies and tooling for the packaging, labels, and plastics industry. The Coordinator is a key driver in achieving 100% customer satisfaction while supporting sales revenue goals and market share targets.

Requirements

• An Associate's degree in a related field or 2-3 years of relevant work experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Proficiency in MS Window’s applications
• Strong math skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in SAP and Order Entry software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships via phone, email, and potential in-person visits, ensuring all interactions and communications are documented accurately in CRM.
• Initiate sales orders and changes at the request of customers or sales personnel, and manage the entry of customer complaints into the CRM system.
• Lead internal communications across various departments, including manufacturing, planning, accounting, and sales management, to provide timely and proactive updates.
• Handle back-office and administrative operations for Stamping Dies and Tooling customers, including verifying purchase orders for accuracy and obtaining detailed customer specifications.
• Track the progress of job orders through production, relaying status updates to internal and external resources to ensure adherence to customer requirements and company standards.
• Identify system or process issues and recommend improvements to enhance the ease of doing business, responsiveness, and on-time delivery performance.
• Maintain meticulous filing of invoices, work orders, purchase orders, pricing, and other documents of importance.
• Proactively communicate with current and prospective customers to promote new products and solutions within the packaging and plastics sectors.
• Other duties as assigned.
