About The Position

Are you an experienced sales professional who thrives on complex, high-value deals but is tired of being boxed in by a single manufacturer's catalog? At Powered by MRP, we are reshaping how healthcare providers source, manage, and service medical aesthetic equipment. We operate the industry’s first end-to-end marketplace, giving our team the freedom to be truly brand-agnostic. We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Park City team. This role is built for top performers who know how to navigate multi-layered deals, act as a trusted clinical advisor, and be heavily rewarded for their revenue impact.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of proven success in full-cycle B2B sales, consistently exceeding quota.
  • Experience managing complex deal structures or transaction sizes over $50K.
  • Sharp communication and presentation skills, and the ability to negotiate directly with physicians and clinic owners.
  • Background in MedTech, aesthetics, capital equipment, high-ticket sales, or formal sales methodology training.
  • Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday at our Park City headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Lead deep discovery with targeted prospects, understanding not just what they want to buy, but how their clinic operates financially.
  • Architect comprehensive solutions utilizing our proprietary LaserMatch software and Smart Center data, weaving together new and pre-owned devices, trade-in values, and long-term service contracts.
  • Seamlessly manage a high-value pipeline ($50K+ deals) in Salesforce, providing highly accurate forecasting to leadership.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating what elite outbound strategy and negotiation look like to the broader team.
