The role involves developing and creating future energy technology products and taking ownership of commercial strategy. The Sales Senior Specialist will prepare proposals for customers across North & Latin America, negotiate contracts, lead commercial compliance, conduct risk assessments, and manage contractual commitments. They will also lead the development of commercial solutions for parts, repairs, and field service transactions. The position requires a thorough understanding of products, systems, and the environments in which they are used, as well as the ability to adapt commercial processes to client conditions. Upholding the integrity and governance of commercial processes, policies, and procedures is crucial. The role involves promoting business value propositions, ensuring a better customer experience through solution-based selling, and validating the risk and reward balance of deals. It manages complex commercial processes with multiple internal and external stakeholders, encompassing technical, economic, logistical, and financial aspects. The department handles medium-sized sales and commercial processes.
