The Residential Sales department is looking for a Sales Segment Management Intern to join their team in Eden Prairie! Position Summary: The Sales Segment Management Intern will assist the Senior VP of Residential Segments with segment strategy, organizational effectiveness, and execution. This role focuses on moving from siloed operations to a unified strategy by analyzing distinct market verticals to identify opportunities for cross-segment collaboration and reducing redundant efforts. A key focus will be researching and recommending optimal organizational structures that balance leadership, data insights, and administrative support.

  • Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's program in Business, Marketing or a related program. Expected graduation date of 2026, 2027, and 2028.

Responsibilities

  • Complete and present a capstone project related to department business needs. This will include research, analysis, and presenting the overall findings and suggestions to peers and Cambria Leaders.
  • Provide an "Organizational Resource Analysis" to recommend how to best deploy leaders and support staff.
  • Research the Cambria Residential Segments to understand the complexities of our route to market and solve for process friction.
  • Conduct organizational design research to identify the ideal ratio of Leadership to Data Science to Administrative Support, ensuring segments are data-driven but administratively agile.
  • Analyze cross-segment workflows to identify areas where efforts overlap and recommend solutions to eliminate redundancy.
  • Monitor and report on competitor organizations, and market dynamics within assigned business segments to identify best in class segment leadership and structure.
  • Lead the design and execution of team meetings, including agenda planning, content creation, and post-meeting follow-through.
  • Create and maintain high quality documents using Google Suite.
