About The Position

The Segment Marketing Intern supports the Brand team in executing vertical marketing campaigns throughout the year. This role assists Associate Brand Managers with campaign coordination, information gathering, and project management across multiple verticals. The intern will gain hands-on experience working cross-functionally while helping ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned to business objectives.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Previous internship or coursework in marketing, communications, or business preferred but not required
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Support Associate Brand Managers in the planning and execution of vertical marketing campaigns (Residential, Commercial, Industrial).
  • Assist with information gathering including customer insights, market trends, competitive research, and internal inputs.
  • Help manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and project tracking to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Creative, Sales Strategy, Sales, and Product to support campaign execution.
  • Assist in developing campaign briefs, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Support data collection and reporting for mid- and post-campaign analysis.
  • Maintain organized documentation related to campaigns, timelines, and assets.
  • Attend meetings as required and provide meeting notes or follow-ups as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
