About The Position

The Sales & Revenue Operations Specialist plays a critical role in enabling revenue performance by ensuring systems accuracy, process efficiency, and cross-functional alignment across our go-to-market organization. This is an entry level role, great for career building. This role is purpose-built for top recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to accelerate their careers at the intersection of sales, analytics, and strategy. You will gain hands-on exposure to the full revenue lifecycle—from lead management through order activation—while working directly with sales leaders and business partners. We are seeking candidates who combine analytical rigor, intellectual curiosity, and a strong drive to learn and grow quickly. This is a high-visibility role where your contributions will directly influence revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong academic performance
  • Internship, co-op, or project experience in business, analytics, or operations
  • Demonstrated leadership through student organizations, athletics, or extracurricular activities
  • CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Excel or data analysis tools
  • Exposure to ERP or business systems is a plus
  • Takes initiative and demonstrates accountability

Responsibilities

  • Review, validate, and process customer service orders within Salesforce to ensure accuracy and timely activation
  • Partner with Sales and Sales Engineering to resolve discrepancies and ensure deal integrity
  • Maintain high standards of data quality across CRM and integrated business systems
  • Ensure consistency across Salesforce, NetSuite, and ServiceNow platforms
  • Support system reconciliation to maintain a single source of truth for revenue data
  • Assign and track inbound and partner-generated leads
  • Ensure proper routing and follow-up across the sales pipeline
  • Partner with Marketing and Channel teams to optimize conversion and pipeline coverage
  • Act as a liaison across Sales, Sales Engineering, Service Delivery, and Operations
  • Ensure seamless handoffs and reduce friction across the revenue lifecycle
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable process improvements
  • Support automation, reporting, and operational enhancements
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
