About The Position

We’re looking for a Sales Retention Specialist to join our team! As a Sales Retention Specialist for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen you will play a key role in identifying the reasons behind canceled sales and providing effective solutions to retain customers. Through outbound calls, you'll engage with homeowners to understand their needs, set follow-up appointments, and meet or exceed appointment-setting goals.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
  • Excellent communication and phone/computer skills.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a new role.
  • 2+ years as a successful phone sales representative.

Nice To Haves

  • Call center experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify reasons for a canceled sale and make recommendations as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners to determine needs.
  • Set follow up appointments via outbound calls.
  • Meet or exceed appointment setting goals.
  • Provide world class customer service.
  • Coordinate with outside sales leaders to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Enter data into the system accurately.
