About The Position

The role involves delivering sales growth by working in collaboration with advisors and clients to achieve sales targets, helping clients and advisors work toward their long-term financial goals, prospecting new leads, and leveraging existing databases to build and strengthen relationships. It also includes conducting regular meetings and calls with clients, tracking progress through Salesforce, educating clients about various insurance, benefit, and wealth products, solutions, and services, and promoting the value proposition of doing business with Canada Life. Additionally, the role requires providing pre and post-sales support by developing sales strategies, concepts, and marketing ideas, and contributing to new approaches to doing business with advisors and clients. Bilingualism (fluent in French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only.

Requirements

  • Experience within the financial services industry
  • Strong interest in sales

Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales growth by working in collaboration with advisors and clients to achieve sales targets

  • Conduct regular meetings and calls with clients, track, document and monitor progress through Salesforce
