About The Position

Riverside Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails while maintaining positive business relationships. If you are a results-driven individual who understands customer needs and requirements, we want you to join our team!

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • The ability to understand cost, pricing, and margins
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong phone presence
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people of all levels
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if candidate has previous sales experience
  • Experience with healthcare or finance is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails
  • Calling, connecting, and interacting with potential customers
  • Maintaining and developing positive business and customer relationships
  • Managing quotes using company software and ensuring quotes are profitable using various distribution channels
  • Working directly with order entry sales team to ensure orders are accurate and shipped on time
  • Working closely with Field Sales Rep on a daily basis
  • Maintaining a punctual and accurate pipeline of customers to ensure accurate forecasting
  • Communicating a consistent message and utilizing approved marketing materials
  • Performing other related duties as assigned
