About The Position

Seeking positive, energetic, and sales-focused professionals who can be passionate brand ambassadors for Qunol & Zena nutritional supplements at the Cedar Park Costco. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals motivated by goals, who love interacting with people, and are self-starters. Representatives will be trained to encourage sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of products like Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric. Available Demo Hours are from 10 am to 5:00 pm, with all days available. Weekends are highlighted as the best commission days. This sales job is ideal for people looking to supplement their income with great pay. Compensation includes a starting rate of $23-24/hr plus commission based on surpassing sales quotas. W-2 Employment is offered, along with a promotional kit and bi-weekly direct deposit paychecks. The average brand ambassador makes $200-$300 per day, with top performers earning $500+ per day. A bonus structure is in place for selling specific products, with shifts running from 10 am to 5:30 pm, allowing credit for all sales within that time.

Requirements

Outgoing personality, ability to approach and talk to customers.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Experience with direct sales.
Email and basic computer / mobile device skills.
Must include a current resume and answer all screening questions.

Responsibilities

Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.
Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager.
Must be able to lift-up to 20 pounds.
Must be able to lift and carry a 2’ x 4’ folding table from the parking lot to the store and then back to your car at the end of the shift. The table weighs approximately 20 pounds.
Must also be able to carry products, demonstration supplies and sales materials to and from your car at the beginning and end of each shift.
Ability to stand for 7 hours.
Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location.
