About The Position
Neo is a rapidly scaling tech startup on a mission to build a more rewarding financial future for all Canadians. They are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to represent Neo at various activation events in malls, campuses, local businesses, and large retail partners. The role involves acquiring customers by signing them up for Neo products like the Neo Credit card and Neo Money account. Sales Representatives earn a guaranteed hourly rate, uncapped commission for each product opened, and bonuses for exceeding targets, paid semi-monthly. Performance can be tracked in real-time.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm to share our products with Canadians in your own community
- Ability to travel across your city to various locations
- Money motivated individuals
- An interest in technology or financial products
- Full-time or part-time hours availability
- Sales driven with a track record of high performance
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a security screening, including a criminal records check and a credit check.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in direct sales, door-to-door sales, telemarketing, retail, or marketing is helpful
