About The Position

This business-to-business (B2B) sales role involves offering facility services solutions to customers, utilizing industry-leading products and providing hands-on support. The Sales Representative will apply learnings from the Cintas Sales Training Program, focusing on skills such as cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection-handling, and closing. The role requires prospecting, developing, and qualifying leads within a designated territory, using a CRM system to identify and close new business, and consistently meeting weekly sales goals and quotas. The goal is to build a successful and rewarding career while supporting customers in their readiness for the workday.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role
  • Prior new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting, developing, and qualifying leads within a respective territory.
  • Utilizing CRM to identify and close new business.
  • Consistently achieving weekly sales goals and quotas.
  • Offering industry-leading products and hands-on help with facility services needs.
  • Applying skills in cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection-handling, and closing.
