About The Position

Join Hilton Grand Vacations as a Vacation Sales Ambassador inside Bass Pro Shops, where you’ll connect with guests and introduce them to exciting vacation ownership opportunities—all while representing a trusted brand in a fun, high-energy retail environment. This role involves greeting and engaging with Bass Pro Shops customers, delivering compelling presentations on vacation ownership benefits, establishing trust with guests, identifying their travel interests and needs, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. You will also provide concierge-style service by recommending local attractions and offering discounted vacation packages, and participate in ongoing training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of a criminal background check
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Comfortable using a computer for everyday tasks

• 1 year sales experience
