As NFM’s Sales Representative, you will provide world class service to NFM customers by using Ten Steps of the Sales and performing the following duties. Assist website customers with determining needs and providing product and/or policy information Efficiently manage the chat session. If the chat session becomes excessive, recommend a reply via telephone Research and assist Online admins with Online customer orders that are delayed or past due on their pickup dates Manage multiple chat sessions at one time Utilize internal resources to gather requested information or to find a solution/response for the customer Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love-because that’s what we love.
