About The Position

CONMED is seeking a Sales Representative to join their Advanced Surgical sales force. The role involves selling innovative technology to the OBGYN, Colorectal, Urology, and General Surgery spaces to positively impact patient outcomes. The position offers extensive hands-on training, ongoing collaboration and development from Field Sales Trainers, and opportunities for growth within the organization. CONMED has been a leader in surgical and patient care products since the early 1970s, focusing on innovation and constant improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 2 years outside sales experience (medical device, B2B, or healthcare sales)
• Candidates without a bachelor’s degree must have 6+ years of outside sales experience (medical device, B2B, or healthcare sales)
• Currently employed as a CONMED Associate Sales Representative
• Approximately 20% travel
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile

Nice To Haves

• Prior Medical device or surgical sales experience
• Experience in operating room environments
• Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, or clinical workflows
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environments
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty
