About The Position

At ProgressionLIVE, a company part of the Valsoft company, we develop a web and mobile application that helps businesses plan, manage, and track their field operations in real time. We specialize in the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical industries. Our solution is growing and will soon expand into the construction sector. Our solution is used by hundreds of organizations across Canada. It supports a wide range of sectors including construction, transportation, maintenance, and services. With ProgressionLIVE, our clients optimize their operations, reduce errors and paperwork, and boost their teams' productivity. The result: a more enjoyable, smooth, and efficient experience for both customers and employees. We are growing rapidly and looking for a motivated bilingual sales representative to join our team and reach out to new clients.

Requirements

  • Bilingualism (French & English): Our clients are located across Canada — you'll need to communicate in both French and English in person, on calls, in emails, and in presentations.
  • B2B sales experience, ideally in field prospecting.
  • Autonomy, perseverance, and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail to manage multiple opportunities at once.
  • Valid driver's license + availability for frequent travel to Montreal and the Outaouais region.
  • Comfort with digital tools (CRM, presentations, video conferencing).

Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities, contact target companies, and build a strong network in Montreal and the Outaouais region.
  • Proactively reach out to and meet with prospects to understand their needs and build trust-based relationships, engaging with service, construction, transportation, and property management companies looking to optimize their operations.
  • Present the ProgressionLIVE solution in a clear and compelling way, highlighting its concrete benefits (time savings, error reduction, improved profitability) tailored to each sector.
  • Turn opportunities into successful sales through your persuasive skills and your ability to demonstrate the solution's value.
  • Ensure a high-quality post-sale experience, maximize customer satisfaction, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Share your field feedback with the marketing and product teams to improve our approach and adapt our offering to real market needs.
  • Manage your pipeline effectively, keep your CRM up to date, and achieve set goals.
