Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience required
• Proven ability to develop relationships and generate new business opportunities
• Comfortable making cold calls, conducting sales outreach, and meeting with prospective clients
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet-based applications
• Ability to understand and perform basic mathematical calculations
• Ability to travel locally to customer and prospect locations as needed
• Reliable transportation required

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in business development, outside sales, account management, recruiting, or staffing preferred
• Familiarity with the local business community and surrounding market preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective, active, and inactive client accounts
• Conduct cold calls, prospecting calls, client visits, and follow-up activities to generate new business
• Schedule and conduct outside sales visits with prospective and existing clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners
• Learn and understand client staffing needs and recommend appropriate workforce solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals as needed
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process to drive successful account acquisition
• Work with branch management and recruiting staff to develop and execute account strategies
• Assist with recruiting, screening, interviewing, and identifying qualified candidates to support client staffing needs
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, networking, and other recruiting platforms as needed
• Match candidate skills, experience, and availability with client requirements
• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up with clients and temporary employees
• Conduct client service calls and employee follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients
• Participate in local networking events, job fairs, community events, and other business development activities
• Maintain accurate records of sales, recruiting, and client activity in the Company's database
• Track and report sales activity, prospecting efforts, placements, and other key performance metrics
• Respond promptly to customer and prospect inquiries and staffing needs
• Assist with employee coaching, performance management, and retention efforts when needed
• Resolve client and employee concerns professionally and in a timely manner
• Support branch operations and administrative functions as needed
• Achieve established sales, business development, and revenue goals
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful operation of the branch
