This business-to-business (B2B) sales role provides customers with solutions to their facility services needs by offering industry-leading products and hands-on help with the details of their workday. The role involves building a successful, rewarding career while supporting customers as they get Ready for the Workday™. The Sales Representative will apply learnings from the Cintas Sales Training Program, including cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection-handling, and closing. The Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and qualifying leads within their respective territory, utilizing the CRM to identify, prospect, and close new business, and consistently achieving weekly sales goals and quotas.
