Sales Representative
About The Position
Start your career in the consumer finance industry with an industry leader. This role provides the skills and experience needed to begin a solid professional career in the Title, Payday and Signature Loan industry. The Sales Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers, learning all aspects of the business to provide the best financial products and services tailored to individual customer needs. The position requires individuals capable of handling inbound and outbound sales calls and engaging with customers in person.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays
- Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
- Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year conducting Phone Sales or Call Center Experience
- 1+ years Customer Service, Sales, Lending, or Collections experience
- Teamwork mentality developed through team sports
- Some college or military experience
- Passion for Customer Service
- General understanding of basic math and capability to learn
- Pleasant and inviting phone voice
- Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
