About The Position

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners who have requested information about our products and services, helping them find the best solutions for their homes. Requirements

2+ years of sales experience preferred (in-home, outside sales, or high-ticket sales)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident presentation and closing abilities
Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
Coachable with a desire for continuous improvement
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Availability for evening and weekend appointments as needed

Responsibilities

Conduct professional in-home consultations with qualified homeowners
Assess homeowner needs and recommend customized home improvement solutions
Present premium replacement windows, bathroom remodeling, and metal roofing products
Explain financing options and current promotions
Build trust through a consultative, customer-focused sales approach
Overcome objections and confidently close sales
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software
Delivering an exceptional customer experience from consultation through contract
