About The Position

Miller Transportation Group, a mid-size, rapidly growing leader in the transportation industry, is seeking a Sales Representative to join their high-performing team at Miller Ford Lincoln in Lumberton, NJ. Miller Dealerships is one of the company's business units, providing car and light truck solutions across the Ford, Lincoln, and Subaru brands.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum 2 years in sales or retail industry
• Strong customer service skills and the desire to make a positive impact with our customers
• Able to understand and explain vehicle and phone app technology

Responsibilities

• Greet customer and assist them in finding the right vehicle for them
• Explain the features and benefits of our vehicles
• Conduct sales prospecting and follow up using our customer retention management software
• Present price and payments including financing and lease options to customers
• Completes transaction paperwork and reviews the vehicle with customer at delivery
• Completes and stays up with all training requirements
• Actively pursue productivity in sales
