About The Position

Are you an ambitious, self-motivated communicator who thrives on the freedom of working outside an office? We are seeking driven Sales Representatives to join our growing field marketing team. In this position, you will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with residential consumers to upgrade their home internet service.
We believe field professionals deserve a compensation package that matches their grind. That is why we provide a unique, non-recoverable draw structure. You are guaranteed a secure baseline of $20.00/hour for every single hour you work. When your installations take off, you move straight into our premium, uncapped commission tiers—earning the absolute highest value between your hourly tracking and your monthly sales performance.

Requirements

• Prior experience in door-to-door sales, residential canvas prospecting, telecom, retail customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required. We will train the right attitude!
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently introduce yourself, handle objections at the door, and close deals over the phone.
• A competitive mindset with the emotional stamina to handle rejection and maintain high energy throughout a field shift.
• Comfortable navigating standard smartphones, tablet web interfaces, and field apps (RepCard/Web Portals) daily.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel out to assigned residential sales territories daily.
• Availability to work optimal hours, including late afternoons, early evenings, and Saturdays when consumers are most likely to be at home.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to residential consumers within assigned territories, identifying needs and presenting high-speed internet solutions.
• Systematically map, pin, and update lead demographics and interaction histories using our territory management tool, RepCard.
• Process customer contracts securely on-site using the company’s designated Field Order System webpage. Ensure proper customer data integrity and correct lead source classification tagging.
• Actively follow up with self-sourced prospects over the phone or via return visits to clear roadblocks and assist scheduling with our technician setup teams.
• Build clean, sustainable customer volume by setting accurate expectations regarding plan tiers, monthly billing, and tech appointments.
